Psychology with a focus in Criminal Justice?

<p>I plan to go to a University to get a Bachelor’s in Psychology. I absolutely love the subject, and there is a lot I want to learn, and do with it. I’ve been trying to decide between going to Graduate school for Marriage and Family Therapy, or taking my bachelor’s in Psychology, and changing to a focus in Criminal Justice.</p>

<p>I do NOT want to be a cop, or one put in such situations. But there must be some sort of career I could pursue with those credentials. Can anyone tell me them?</p>

<p>Also, are there any good minors to couple with the master’s in marriage and family therapy?</p>

<p>Depending on how you look at it (“cop” wise): The FBI has positions within the Bureau in which employees basically sit in a room and consult on cases…if you can’t picture it, think of the consulting they do on Criminal Minds, minus the dangerous, UnSub chasing field work. I know people who do this; they don’t carry guns if they don’t want to (and as some are not agents they aren’t required to).</p>
