Public transportation from Boston

Does anyone know the best way to visit UNH using public transportation from Boston (preferrably South Station)?

Yes! But you actually have to go to Boston North Station to take the Downeaster directly to Durham and it lets you off right on campus. Takes about 1.5 hours and costs about $20.00 each way. Very easy.
