<p>Not sure what you mean here. “How much does published work appear…?” It’s your application, afterall. If you wanted to submit a portion of something that you have previously published, might be fine (so long as it’s fine w/ your publisher). If you wanted to submit supplemental work, like some music or artwork you did, then send it by all means. (Send it by separate cover, not electronically, most likely.) It’s what you make of it. Just answer the questions, write the essays, and if you want to send something extra, either upload it in the area called “Additional Information” or mail it.</p>
