<p>Those two complexes will be for grad students and upper-division undergrads. The five options for 2nd year students (under the guarantee) will be MC/ME, CV, VDC, VDCNorte, and AV (see the Housing web page for more info).</p>
<p>I heard the same thing as MaMoose. Graduate students only in the complex on Campus Drive and Upper-Div Undergrads in the place across from Norte.</p>
