Hey! I’ve applied to both programs for grad school. I’ve been working for about 2-3 years now as a product engineer and I liked certain aspects of the job which included developing risk assessments, working as a dre, collaborating with different departments. I didn’t much enjoy having a complete desk job and working on cad/cae software. I’m hoping to get another engineering job after graduating that involves more communication vs working on 3D simulation or programming.
I was hoping to know the main difference between these two programs and the type of job opportunities available. As for IE, I’ve not had previous supply chain, operations, or linear programming knowledge. I’m not sure I’d be interested in this, but I know you have some flexibility in the program.
Any advice or additional information that you can share?
