Don’t worry too much until the decision comes out. Especially don’t post your essays in case you are deferred and your essays will still be actively reviewed.

Yeah there’s really no benefit to reading essays now. I know I just kept stressing myself out by rereading mine, finding every little flaw that I didn’t notice the first 20 times before submitting. What’s done is done, it’s up to the AOs to figure out who you are

That’s the thing that is making me uneasy. I felt like out of all the colleges I applied to Purdue was my strongest and given the stats I posted I’m confused what could cause rejection. I appreciate the words of encouragement
Dude I get it it sucks that it’s out of our hands. I keep trying to find things I could’ve done differently, how I could’ve worded something better, all these little flaws just because it’s out of my hands. I’m so used to if I put in X amount of effort I’ll get Y as a result, and this period of waiting is just brutal. You put in X for the application, and until the decision comes out the result is entirely out of your hands
I think I am probably overthinking it and should wait and see until tomorrow. Good luck to everyone else and I hope everyone in this forum gets accepted!

Ikr I feel like senior year has been the most stressful for me so far because of managing college apps with school and stress of rejection but it’s reassuring that the colleges that do accept you believe you will be a good fit and thrive at their university. I’m sure you will be accepted into the place that is best for you. It’s only a few more months and it will all be over.
Nope I don’t see any of it anymore. Earlier today I could see it but it got updated.
