I have 2 cancel buttons on my portal?
One under Application dropdown and another if i click change requests, I see cancel there as well.
Any idea what this means?

Some say this is an indication of either acceptance or deferral. We shall see as my daughter has the same.
Decisions should be made any minute now so I would just wait at this point instead of speculate

i am able to access the admitted engineering thing?
However i am not able to access this one…
When i try to do, it shows me for a split second Future registrations, then it shows locked

its all a split second for me before it locks me out.
Same I see it for a split second and then it says it’s for admitted students
me too its a split second i screenshotted at right moment, but i don’t see admitted engineering

I remember being able to do that a couple of weeks ago and nothing has changed since. I don’t think that’s indicative of anything
