When exactly does the forms tab show up. Does it show up at some point for everyone?
It showed up for maybe 4 hours this morning/afternoon for almost everyone. It occured while they were testing the portal and likely will not be back till decision release. However the info can be accessed via direct link here: https://apply.purdue.edu/portal/status?cmd=reply_forms#gsc.tab=0

Most people never had forms. Only some biz students and all deferred students.

Nothing showing up either means rejected or accepted. Those who see a letter of continued interest are deffered. This is my understanding.
I agree and if you have the biz form, it should be an acceptance based on Admissions FAQ - Purdue Business

Can we get stats of people along with defer form/biz form (if biz) status. It will help determine the approximate cutoffs this year, and get help people without defer form determine if accepted or not.
