This is very helpful. I can see the LOCI on S24ās admission portal, so he will likely be deferred tomorrow. The Admissions game for S23 and S24 have made me very familiar with portal astrology!
nothing is confirmed until tomorrow night. anyone who tells you otherwise is wrong. Sure there are signs that are more sure than others, but nothing is confirmed.

How did you login? It asks for career account username.
there is an option to use application portal login. For me it shows last updated as my date of application.
