Purdue or IU automatic merit scholarships

What are my chances of getting automatic merit scholarships at either Purdue or IU with…
-ACT score of 31
-4.0 GPA (11.7 on a 12 point scale)
-class rank of 4 (top 2%)
-3 AP’s and 3 DC’s
-EC’s that include class president, NHS president, SSH (Students Sharing Hearts) vice president, 4 years of varsity tennis and 3 years of varsity basketball, tennis team captain, student advisory committee member, prom committee member, youth group member, Campus Life student leader, and leader of FCA
-awards that include 2 mental attitude awards for tennis and 2 first team all-conference awards for tennis
-2 fundraisers… One I started to raise money to provide Bibles to third-world countries and another I started to help provide funds to build a church in India (both raised about $400 each)

Any insight would be extremely helpful as I am trying to decide whether to take the ACT for a third time… (I got a 29 the first time and a 31 the second time). Thanks!

You’d be eligible for the Cox Scholarship at IU but not automatic:
