<p>I would contact them…I know 2 people who have been awarded but they were both US, I just called…it is open to World applicants…anybody. One is invited to apply for it but I am sure you can arrange that if need be!!! Yes, you would need to apply before Dec. Goood Luck. You do qualify being from India</p>
