<p>Currently, I am an out-of-state student (first year) at Berkeley studying Molecular and Cellular Biology as pre med. It’s pretty competitive, and it is kind of hard to get into the classes that I want since funding is getting tight for UCs. </p>
<p>My parents really want me to go to Purdue University in Indiana since it’s in my home state, and my sister goes there. I know that Purdue is not as prestigious as Berkeley. Is it worth it for me to stay at UCB? Which would be better if I want to get into med school?</p>
