<p>Hello fellow Tritans!
I am very excited about starting UCSD in the Fall of 2012. BUT…as an Environmental Systems major I am a little intimidated by the Calc 10 series, Chem 6 series, and especially the Physics 1 series, we are required to take. I have taken regular Chem as a sophomore, and Pre Calc Honors and am currently in regular Calc (I have gotten A’s in all of them), but no Physics at all. Though the fact that these classes are part of the GE’s at Muir gives me some hope that they are “do-able”. I am just scared about all that I have read about how cut throat science is at UCSD.
I would also love to hear from anyone who is currently an EYS major, it seems very interesting and if I can just get through the pre reqs I am hoping the rest will be ok and not too hard. I am a good student and I have good study habits so I am hoping that will be enough!
