putting off UC transferring

<p>can a person apply to two UCs</p>

<p>gets into one, but not the other one he/she wanted</p>

<p>can they stay at CC another year and try again for their main goal…and if that doesn’t work…still have a spot at the one they got into last year?</p>

<p>in other words, can they have their cake and eat it too?</p>
