<p>Is this form a requirement for someone who had a recordtape or video performance, I mean i heard some ppl here said that u only need that form if u want to continue in college. Since I just had the singing voice and drum skill as my only hobbies i commit in 4 years do i have to fill out the Art Supplement or just send the material directly to colleges with some notes ?</p>
<p>i’m no expert and it definitely depends on the school, but none require you to send it in. if you think it will help you get in and the school accepts it, send in the form. if you hope to continue in college, definitely send it!</p>
