<p>I think a lot of College Confidential students worry about one or two grades of C here or there (actually, plenty worry about a few grades of B here or there) but that’s a much different situation from struggling to maintain a C average in all academic courses. Such a high school student can still get into college, but I’d expect such a student to be passed over by a college that must, after all, pass over a lot of students with straight-A averages.</p>
