Just FYI, this won’t work. Only your parents’ state of residence and where you spent your 4 years of high school count toward state residency. UCs also won’t give any financial aid to OOS students, so you’ll need to come up with $59k per year for UCLA.
This won’t end well.
Don’t edit the question out when you don’t like the answer. If you really want to go to CA then talk your parents into moving there now since you are only an 8th grader.
