Does anyone know if the New SAT (the one out of 1600… again) can be applied to satisfy Berkeley’s Quantitative Reasoning requirement? I read somewhere that a 600 of the SAT does it, but I have an inkling that may have been referring to the Old SAT only. This is because, even though I scored 720 of the English section of the New SAT, I was still required to take to ELWR exam essay because Berkeley did not accept New SAT scores for their freshmen writing requirement.
