I guess someone left their caps lock on haha. Community service is certainly beneficial to an application, but only if you’re doing it because you really do want to do it- most colleges can see right through something done simply to pad your resume. If you write about and present it well, and not in a “Savior” type of way, then its a worthwhile part of your application.
