@leann99 8 weeks? That’s definitely the Stanford High School Summer College. Well, on QB it says that summer programs would cover dorm room costs, but maybe they think that you can commute easily from your home to Stanford everyday, so that’s why they asked you about the transportation? Because for the duration of the program, you can commute if you live around that area, or you can live in the Stanford dorms.

Omg I can’t believe I got in…It took me like 5 minutes to try to figure out how to check the results on my phone though lol. I didn’t get a grant though for the conference so I’m not sure if I’ll be able to make it, considering I live quite far away and it only lasts one day…does anyone know if it’s worth that much to attend?
Do college prep scholars have a higher chance of getting matched with colleges? Do we have to apply again for this or are we automatically submitted into the national college match?
Alright, I got in. However, can someone please explain this program. I was just heavily encouraged to apply by my counselor without much context. Is it a prestige program??!!! How can this help me??!

I got in as well. Super excited! Me and my best friend both got in and got the same conference, Northeastern. I really didn’t think I was getting in as I did my app in only a few days and live in a relatively prosperous economic area (although I personally have a very low income and extenuating personal circumstances) and go to a great school. Anyways, congrats to everyone else who got in, and see you at Northeastern
