QuestBridge National College Match 2014-2015

Congrats to everyone who was matched! Senioritis has probably already begun to sink in. For those like me who are applying regular decision, keep your chin up because so many opportunities still await us. This is not the end of the road, but merely a speed bump to shake our faith and cause use to work even harder.

I matched with Stanford University! Excited!

@lolcollegelawl Thanks! Great stats and story:) Appreciate it for sharing

@Smv1997‌ Hey congrats!! Do you know how many were matched with you? (On the email?)

Matched to Rice university - 22 others! congrats to everyone, I understand how much work that you put in and I hope every body finds their perfect future home!

I didn’t get matched either :(

Well I’m off for Regular decision!

Good job for all of the matches!! And good luck for those who didn’t get matched (like me) who are going to regular decision! We still have a shot guys! Don’t give up yet!

Also, just to clarify things… We can’t modify our QuestBridge regular decision stuff - we can only forward them right? But I heard that if we want to change things (like modify essays or add awards) we have to email the schools right?

Matched with Columbia University! 27 in all were matched. Will post stats on stat thread. Congrats to everyone!

@nostalgicwisdom, do you remember how many finalists there were this year? I remember it was less than last year, in the low 4K’s I think but I can’t remember exactly!

4180 finalists. http://www.questbridge.org/news-and-media/press-releases/1568-questbridge-selects-finalists-for-the-2014-national-college-match

Thanks! I couldn’t find that data even with a bunch of searches.
Also, there’s a spreadsheet on the facebook group with names of matched students to each partner college. You could try to contact matches from the missing colleges and fill in your list. This is one thing that everyone seems to LOVE to know. Like idk how many times the question was asked in the FB groups about how many matches were at each school… and no one ever seemed to know. If you get a complete list this year you should add it to the files for next year :)!
