<p>I was wondering can you joing the Undergraduate Economics Society or is that basically an advisory group… and can freshman join the economics fraternity?</p>

<p>Undergraduate Economics Society is also called “Nugget” and is opened to anyone.</p>
<p>I believe that the economics fraternity is for juniors and seniors–because it’s honorary, they wouldn’t want to admit a freshman who really hasn’t proven herself to be successful. GPAs are really volatile for the first two years or so. The policy is the same for honorary fraternities across all disciplines.</p>
