Question about 2010 income tax return?

<p>On line 79 of the FAFSA it asks if your parent filed, will file, not going to file the 2010 Income Tax Return? What do I put if my mother collects SSDI and SSI and TANF? Also, where do I put that information on the FAFSA?</p>

<p>If she is not going to file because she is not required to file, then put she is not going to file.</p>
