Question about 3-2 program with GATech

Title says it all, does this program work if you start out at Oxford, then go to Emory, then go to GATech?

Thanks!

I don’t know specifically, but I would think so as “continuation” from Oxford College to Emory College is automatic (with adequate grades).

If its important, you should ask Oxford Admissions directly.

(And be sure to pay attention to the general education requirements and pre-requisites for both Emory and Tech.)

You can do the program, but it’s difficult. Also, the Emory Advantage does not apply to Georgia Tech, so if you receive significant financial aid, you could find yourself unable to afford it.

You would need to meet Oxford’s two-year graduation requirements (and you can’t bring in more than 16 hours of AP/IB credit). You would also need to satisfy the prerequisite courses and the graduate requirements at the College of Arts and Sciences. This may be annoying if you don’t graduate early from Oxford, because I don’t know if time at Georgia Tech counts toward your minimum three semesters of residence at the College of Arts and Sciences.
