<p>I accepted both Stafford Loans offered to me (After completing the requirements), however when I attempted to setup my account refund setup, I was told I couldn’t do it until I edited my local address. On my invoice, the Ubox: is blank. It says that the funds will not be disbursed until after the account refound is set up. Does this mean, I won’t be able to receive these loans for the fall since today is the deadline?</p>
