<p>The school you go to does not matter. Accredited schools all share a standardized curriculum. Go somewhere that is close to where you want to work. Last but not least, I cannot overemphasize the importance of keeping a strong GPA. Without a strong GPA, you won’t go very far in accounting! It is probably the most important thing in your entire career.</p>
<p>What if I get a 3.5+ from a non-prestigious school and move to another state right after graduating? Will I have a hard time finding a decent job?</p>
