Question about ACT and SAT II's

<p>What would look better for a college…1400 SAT or 32 ACT? Would it depend on the percentiles? Or should I just submit both? Also, how bad does a 510 on the US History SAT II taken sophomore year look? I don’t usually score that low…</p>
