<p>However, how much influence will criteron like integrity, concern for others, respect for differences, personality, respect… have on the application?</p>
<p>Academic excellence is required, but is not sufficient. To have a chance to be admitted, you must show academic excellence. After that other criterions come into play.</p>

<p>I agree. Necessary but not sufficient. If you’ve got integrity etc. AND killer academics, you’re well on your way.</p>
