I see most of there stuff is done online through the common app that includes their supplement app. But im military, and have a dozen or so documents of awards, merits, letters of appreciation, certifications for certain operations etc…

How do I send those in with my application?

It seems to me being military, turning in a hard copy of my application would be best. Because I will have to include a few military documents, like my discharge papers.

I don’t think you need to send in actual copies of your awards/merits. I think mentioning them is enough.

As for discharge papers and other stuff, you might want to contact the Veterans office at USC to find out what/how things are sent in. That office will be very helpful for you.

Wow thank you. I contacted USC before (not the VA part though) and I was pretty just re-routed to their applications page. I’ll send them an email. Thanks!

I would fill up the common app, then make copies of your documentation and send it in a brown Manila envelope to USC. This is similar to son sending in copies of his research abstract and paper by mail. He got accepted early with scholarship interview. Good Luck!

Thank you for your service kidriot! USC has a long standing tradition with the military, they will appreciate your service acievements. Best of luck!
