Question about books

<p>I checked the books that I needed from the site, but I don’t know if they are the right books…</p>

<li><p>For chem (2A), what other book/material do you need besides the general book? Is [this[/url</a>] student lab book also needed? Also, is the solutions manual only available at the UCD bookstore?</p></li>

<p>I get my books from Ebay and on Half.com</p>

<p>First I go to the campus bookstore and write down the ISBN#. Then go to Ebay and enter the ISBN#. Half of the time, the same version of the textbook is offered in an International Version at about 1/3 the price of the UCD bookstore’s price. If it’s not on Ebay, I go with Half.com and find a used U.S. version. This past fall quarter, I got a textbook on Half.com for $20 where the UCD bookstore wanted $100.</p>

<li><p>I think a lab notebook with carbon copies is a requirement, but not sure if it has to be that one. The other materials you’ll get on the first lab. Not sure about the solution manual, but I don’t see why it would be.</p></li>
<li><p>The PSC1 book depends on the professor.</p></li>

<p>Psych 1 book depends on professor, as already stated. For my professor (Provosck) we had the second book. Originally, though, I was signed up for a different psych class, and that professor assigned the first book,</p>

<p>Why don’t you go to the bookstore when you get back and check there? Or e-mail the professor who will more than likely tell you.</p>
