Question about common app

Colleges highlighted in GRAY are “Hand-in-Hand.” These colleges REQUIRE that BOTH your application AND your supplement be submitted from the same registration account before your application will be processed. Therefore, you must submit BOTH the application and supplement to “Hand-in-Hand” colleges before you will be considered an applicant! Additionally, if you submit your application electronically to a “Hand-in-Hand” college, you MUST submit your supplement electronically as well (it cannot be printed and mailed).

<p>So, I think yes you can. However, both parts need to be submitted by 1/1 to be considered an applicant. Or at least that is what I get out of it.</p>
