Question about community college SAP holds

During my summer break, I decided to take a pre-calculus math course at a community college to gain the credit hours that I need to transfer back to my university. The course ended a couple weeks ago and I was very anxious to see what my final grade was. My midterm grade was an A and the last time I checked on mymathlab which was on the last week of class I had an 87.5 percent and that was what I had before taking my final exam so I’m pretty sure even if I failed my final exam I wouldn’t fail the class. A couple days ago, I received an email saying that I had received an SAP hold on my account. When I received that email I got very nervous and anxious because I was thinking that I might have failed the class, which I’m pretty sure that isn’t the case no matter how many times I thought about it. My question is, are there any other reasons why I would get an SAP hold besides the reason of failing the class or having an incomplete( again I highly doubt that is the case) and is probation and SAP hold the same thing? Also, will that hold affect me in trying to transfer my credit hours back to my university?
