Question about decisions...

Are deferral and rejection letters typically sent out last or is it done randomly?
I haven’t heard yet and I would consider myself borderline but I applied much earlier than my friends who already heard that they got accepted or deferred. I’m wondering if I should assume that because I am borderline, I will most likely get deferred or rejected at this point?

I don’t want my x-mas present to be my first rejection!!! (I already posted this similar question in the 2012 forum not realizing it was from last year…)

Please tell me anything you know!

I would like to know too. Your situation matches my situation exactly. I doubt that anyone here would be able to answer that though… only the admissions ppl would know.

Judging from last year, more deferals and rejections were given later on, suggesting that the last week will have more deferals and rejections but will not be completely filled by them

so the last week of last year was mainly deferrals/rejections??
