question about dorm costs

<p>my son was accepted to Tech and will be starting the fall. I have been looking into dorms,etc. Is the price listed per semester per student or per room? Say the cost of a double room is $2500 per semester, is that each student or $2500 divided by 2? Confused, thanks</p>

<p>It is estimated to be $2,555 per person/per semester for the typical two-person freshman dorm. If your son gets placed into a four person dorm it will be $2,452 per semester.</p>

<p>Keep in mind that includes all utilities, TV, phone, and internet.</p>
