<p>Is it okay to make this a little informal and conversational? Like can I start by saying Hi Roomie! and write in that tone as if I was really talking to them?</p>
<p>Mine was pretty informal haha. I think it started with something like, “Hi, nice to meet you…” </p>

<p>I didn’t start put it in conversation form. I put it like “Primarily, I would explain to my roommate that…” my AP English teachers said that my essay was great the way it was and didn’t need to be in conversational form… I hope they are right lol</p>
<p>my friend did a creative piece in the form of an email to the roommate directly so theyll appreciate creativity because most likely everyones going to write theres like a formal essay</p>
