Question about freshman classes

First, it says in the packet that we must take 2 natural sciences and 2 social sciences. However, does this mean that I have to take a class in biology and a class in chemistry, or can i take two classes in chemistry?

Also, I am a little confused regarding the biology classes and AP exams. It says online that freshmen must take Molecules & Cells (fall/spring) and Organisms & Populations (fall/spring. If I get a 4 or 5 on my AP exam, can I switch out of one and take a higher level course in Biology? IF SO, does my exemption from the first course count as fulfilling a requirement?

Sorry if this is confusing, but I have been wondering this for a while!!

You can take 2 chemistry courses to fulfill the requirement.

yes to both of your questions. if you happen to get a 4 or a 5 on your AP bio test, you can opt out of both science courses (natural sciences)
