<p>If an extra (weighted) point is given for an AP/honors class, worth 5 credits, shouldn’t there be given a couple more points for a c.college class that is worth 16.7 credits? This particular Pre-Calculus counts as a weighted course on her h.s.transcript. But, there is just one extra point assigned to it even though there are 3x-plus the amount of credits. Does anyone know how this works in their child’s h.s.?</p>
<p>Your question seems high school specific. I’d say to check with your GC. In our school, any outside classes are not factored into the student’s gpa.</p>
