Question About Housing Preferences

I recently got accepted into the Colleges of Arts, Culture, and Humanties (the Tabler Quad). Now, I’m not so sure about one thing. What’s the difference if I put “yes” for smoke-free and alcohol-free rooms, and put “no” for a modest lifestyle community? All I know about a modest lifestyle community is that there’s no alcohol, smoking, or substance abuse, and no person from the opposite gender is allowed. But if I won’t be able to bring girls into the room, why would I choose “Yes, I do prefer a modest community lifestyle?” Aren’t the smoke-free, alcohol-free, and substance abuse-free parts already taken care of when I put “yes” for smoke-free and alcohol-free rooms?
