<p>Go to the school’s website. It lists its requirements by degree program. Obviously, those are minimum requirements, but it gives you some idea of what they are looking for. At a place like the Kennedy School, comparatively few students come straight out of college, so what you do after you graduate from college is probably as or more important than what you do in college.</p>

<p>My friend has a BS in engineering and have been admitted to Harvard JFK School of Government. (Meanwhile, he rejected the Harvard’s offer for another school, which had a more flexible and relevant curriculum)</p>
<p>So, depending on my experience, I think the undergraduate major is not a limitation. However, you should prove your interest in the programs offered by your LOI and CV (as you already know).</p>
