I’d really appreciate it if someone would answer my question, please…

On the Wharton’s huntsman program, they ask for a foreign language that I am already proficient in, and will also continue to study at UPenn…

The thing is…although I attend high school in US, I’ll be in the international pool as a Korean citizen. Since I am obviously fluent in Korean, I was wondering if it was to my benefit to put Korean as the language choice…

I’m learning Japanese in high school right now (level 4), so I’m wondering if I should put that as the choice…

On top of this info, I took the Japanese SAT2, and got a 660…yeah…
I didn’t take the Korean one though, because I’m a Korean citizen…
Now, should I send my SAT scores and/or ACT???
In SAT, I got 2320 composite, with 800 in math, and also 800 in Math2 for SAT2, but again 660 in Japanese…
In ACT, I got a 35, with 35 in math.

I think that they look for 720 and above in a language that is not native. You should have taken the Korean SAT II. But, you have to submit the Japanese scores now.

whosang, at least you took the language satii. i’m SO screwed b/c for some totally STUPID reason i forgot to take it in november. obviously i have a bigger problem . . . HELP!!!

from my knowledge, i think you will be viewed by a domestic admission representative! it depends on where you go to high school not where you come from. if i were you i will go with japanese. 660 isn’t that bad

thanks guys…
to metaphor…I think I’m still viewed as international because of my citizenship…well you might be right though, but that’s how it was for all the rest of the schools…
