<p>write in the way your brain thinks
if you think in coherent sentences, write those
if you think in phrases, write those
and if you think in pictures, draw a picture :p</p>
<p>If the outline is meant for your own studying - do whatever works best for you. If the outline is something you need to turn in, check with the teacher. Generally, phrases should be acceptable, but I had some teachers who wanted complete sentences (which I think defeats the purpose of the outline).</p>

<p>I am making a combo with primarily phrases. It’s for the whole class to study.</p>
<p>hmm yea phrases for the most part, with a few whole sentences if need be. all that matters is if someone can read it and understand the information</p>
