Question about my Fafsa/Financial Aid Package?

<p>Hi guys! So when I applied for fafsa back in early January, I used numbers from the year before as an estimate. But now that UW came out with my aid package(i only received loans :frowning: !) and my parents completed our tax forms, do I have to do a fafsa follow-up or something like that to change my numbers. And if so would that change the numbers in my aid package, and would it be possible that i would end up receiving aid if my numbers were too high in my estimates? </p>

<p>my muw account says the deadline to approve my package is may 1st so if i did a fafsa followup would it change in time for the deadline? thanks!</p>

<p>I don’t think a FAFSA follow-up would really change the May 1rst deadline because that’s the national deadline to confirm your college selection. Also, it will only take about 1 business day to change for FAFSA information, at least that’s how long it took to change mine. I hope that helps.</p>
