<p>Now I am in my exchange year as a senior in ca actually I am going to take a gap year after graduate and then apply college for 2012 fall 's enrollment . Here is a questions concern recommendation letters&forms and transcript .
I start my application around nov.2011 but I leave US at june 2011 I plan to get all rec letters and transcript before I leave and then mail them from my homeland because I think ask teachers to mail 15+ letters to 15 different addresses on different dates is a little bit too demanding. So I am wondering is recommendation letter must be mailed by the recommender who wrote it ?</p>
