<p>My son was assigned to rvc. As I am reading up on it, it appears that RVC is a learning/living community for the arts. He is not in the arts. Any sense of whether this will work for him or should he try to make a transfer.</p>

<p>Living-learning community for the arts is open to anyone regardless of their majors. If he wants to join he doesn’t have to be an arts student, and if he does not want to join he simply doesn’t have to; he is not automatically considered a member just because he lives in RVC.</p>
