It is possible to live on any campus and take buses to another campus, but it is just easier if you are closer. If you are going from Busch to Cook, for ex, you must leave earlier in order to get to class on time. This may be difficult if you have an early morning class. Also, buses from Cook to Busch/Livi and College Ave are less frequent later in the evening and more crowded. This was a problem for my son when he was trying to get from College Ave later at night (9ish) back to Cook because these buses make a big loop, and there are fewer of them at night.

Not sure about your preMed question.

Hey! You can go pre-med from either school. For pre-med you have to take certain courses, but you can major in whatever (biology, chemistry, or even english, history, philosophy etc.). You might find our health professions office helpful, they take care of pre-med students at Rutgers: index.gif
