Question about Stern workload

How is Stern’s workload in comparison to say, taking 6 APs in a year. Would maintaining a 3.7+ GPA be about as difficult as getting all 5s? Would I still have time to do other stuff like sports, clubs, and internships?

Apples to oranges. AP classes in a high school setting are NOT like college classes on a twice a week basis. Material may be the same, but the assignments are way different. Less busywork, more critical thinking and assignments that are not what you’re used to.

Your grade depends on so many factors it’s impossible to give you a straight yes or no answer. Each individual class and professor and subject matter etc etc etc is different. For example my professor in Writing the Essay was one of those “only amazing work gets an A” etc. professors so I think only like one person in a class of 15 got an A for the year (that’s not a Stern class, but you know). It also depends on how good you are at a class/what else you have going on in your life/etc.

And like missamerican said, the way classes in college are structured and scheduled is incredibly different. Yes there will be time, but it also depends on each individual
