My brother is debating about going to law school. As of today he is saying he will go, but then I don’t think he is too sure. On the FAFSA there is a question which asks how many people in out household will be going to school, should I put two? and if circumstances change, will I be able to make the correction? And how much money would I lose if only 1 person would be going instead of 2?</p>
<p>No. If he is in law school he will be considered an independent student and is not included as one in college on your FAFSA. You don’t include him either way.</p>
