Question about the Teacher evaluation form.

<p>In the teacher information part, where it says “subject taught,” do I just indicate the general subject that the teacher teaches (chemistry, English), or do I put down the specific classes (Chemistry 2AP, English 3)? Or does it not matter? I put down all the classes that I have had with the teachers, but then I realized on the bottom it asks the teacher to list all the classes again. So I’m not sure if I did it right.</p>
