<p>For one of the colleges they want me to tell them what year I visited. I did visit once 3 years ago, but not on a tour or anything- my cousin goes there so he just showed us around.So I don’t think I’m in the “system,” do you think if I put it in yes, I visitd 2007- it would matter? I hear this college strongly prefers those who visited.</p>
<p>I think you have to be in the system, or else everyone would be putting it down and saying they didn’t go on a tour. </p>

<p>You visited, so put it down. If you wish to explain, say that you visited your cousin who was a student at Emory.</p>
<p>I doubt that only official visits count.</p>
