I know xiggi emphasizes working out of the official CB book but encourages to buy a lot of materials. I have many SAT books, so would I just be looking for the techniques and tricks of each book and apply them to the CB book? Or go through every book’s practice tests and questions?

I believe Xiggi recommends that you use the techniques from other books and apply them to the real SATs. He says that the tests created by others are not enough like the real SAT to be of any worth.

Check to see if these tests are used from real SATS by the CB (its on that copyright page) and practice with it.

Uhm, firefly, I don’t think that’s what xiggi says? He never says use their strategies and apply them! The whole POINT of the xiggi method is to make up your OWN strategies and see the patterns. In which case you won’t need those other book’s strategies, but if you want to, try it and see if they even really help you get it right.
